All of our shipping costs are based on the weight of the item and the total order. Our shopping cart will automatically search for the best courier price for your order depending on your requirements i.e. where the order is to be delivered and how quickly.

Delivery Costs

Nanabelle's Gifts aims to bring the lowest shipping/delivery possible worldwide. All orders over £100 will be delivered FREE to the United Kingdom and Ireland. For our customers in USA, Canada, Europe and the rest of the world our shopping cart will determine the best shipping price available from a selection of couriers. For customers outside the European Union tax/VAT will not be charged on your order. Enjoy TAX FREE prices!!

Gift Baskets

Large gift baskets will be delivered at a fixed rate of £7.99 within the UK and Ireland within 48 hours (excluding weekends). For 24 hour delivery a rate of £12.99 will be charged. Items will be delivered by Parcelforce UK.

Delivery Times

Items sent by Parcelforce will require a signature for your security and if no-one is present at the address to give a signature then please check with a neighbour as the parcel should be left with them.

Depending on the courier you can track your order delivery status online. Please login to the 'Track All Orders' page using your email address and password (given upon ordering) for further details.

A minimum order value of £2.50 (excluding tax and delivery) is in place. Please note that you must order above that level otherwise your order cannot be fulfilled.
